At Anna Hayes, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
