1. Are all the styles on sale in your store in stock?

  Hello, all the styles on the website are in stock. Generally, we have about 200 pieces of one color in safety stock. If you need a large quantity, please consult customer service in advance so that we can replenish the stock for you in time.

2. How long will it take for the goods to be shipped after I place an order? What courier should I use?

The delivery time is the same day for orders before 18:00 every afternoon, and the next day for orders after 18:00. Due to special circumstances (bad weather, express warehouse overflow, holidays, etc.), delivery will be delayed and notified in time.

3. If it is a small order, how many pieces is the minimum order?

  The minimum order quantity for trial sales is low, and the hot-selling products are replenished while they are being sold. Our factory specially offers small batch customization (the minimum order quantity for knitted fabrics is one piece, and the minimum order quantity for woven fabrics is 60 pieces), which is more advantageous than its peers, and trial sales are not a problem at all.

4. About the size of the sample model?

  Our factory has been focusing on providing European and American women's clothing to cross-border customers for 10 years, so the model sizes of our factory are based on European and American standards. All clothing styles are larger than those of our peers and the materials used are sufficient!

5. Regarding the proofing fee?

  Our standard proofing fee is 300 yuan per piece, and 500 yuan per piece for complex ones. We will return the proofing fee in full after the order is placed.

6. Questions about the delivery time for customized products?

  We usually deliver within 7-10 days. The general procurement time for turnkey delivery is 3 days, and it will take more than 7 days for special customized surface and auxiliary materials.

7. Questions about returns and after-sales service?

  For spot wholesale, if there is any quality problem within 15 days after you receive the goods, all warranty will be refunded. For custom-made products, no refund or exchange will be made without quality problems, because we specially make the only product for you according to your requirements, so returns are not allowed.

8. Where are your products suitable for sale?

  We specialize in cross-border women's clothing, including Amazon hot-selling women's clothing, eBay hot-selling women's clothing, Wish, AliExpress hot-selling women's clothing and other women's clothing suitable for foreign consumers. Online platforms are suitable for Amazon, AliExpress, WISH, Dunhuang.com, independent stations, etc. Since the product size is European or US size, it is not recommended to be sold on domestic Taobao and other platforms.
